Every athlete starts with 8 cue‑free movement standards—squat, hinge, carry, and more. Until each rep is clean, we don’t add load or speed. Your program is built on need‑to‑have fundamentals, not what’s trending.
PROGRESSION
We retest every 8 weeks. Hit ≥ 90 % execution and you level up to the next tier; miss the mark and we fine‑tune the plan. Long‑term gains, zero plateaus.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Small groups (max 4) mean no one disappears in the crowd. Weekly scorecards track lifts, recovery, and mindset—shared with you in plain language so there’s nowhere to hide and nothing to guess.
